ID and Card Requirement: Upon arrival, guests are required to submit a valid ID and the debit/credit card before playtime begins. These will be held by KOMIC KARMA until playtime is completed. It is the guest’s responsibility to collect their ID and card from the reception after their session. KOMIC KARMA is not responsible for any forgotten IDs or cards left behind if the guest fails to request their return.
Booking Confirmation: Guests are required to present a booking confirmation email and a valid government-issued identification upon arrival to access their reservation.
Arrival Time: Guests must arrive at the scheduled time to maximize their reserved playtime. No adjustments or extensions will be granted for late arrivals, and time lost due to tardiness will not be refunded.
No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for reservations where guests fail to show up (“no-shows”).
Non-Transferable Reservations: Reservations are strictly non-transferable. The individual who made the booking must be present at check-in and throughout the reserved playtime.
Additional Guests: Any additional guests beyond the number specified in the reservation will be charged the standard rate.
Age Requirement: All participants must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to participate in play at KOMIC KARMA Entertainment.
Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: To modify your booking, please cancel your current reservation and create a new one. Modifications or Cancellations are not allowed within 24 hours of the reservation playtime.
Playtime Extension: Guests may continue playtime if additional tables are available, subject to regular rates.
Exceptional Circumstances: In the event of an emergency or unforeseen event, please contact us at +1(609) 255-9977. Modifications or cancellations under exceptional circumstances will be considered at KOMIC KARMA’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Table Rental Pricing: Table rental rates are subject to change at any time. Prices are charged per hour, per guest, unless otherwise specified.
Per Guest Pricing: All guests, whether playing or not, will be charged accordingly. KOMIC KARMA reserves the right to modify pricing at its discretion.
Group Pricing: A group consists of three (3) or more guests. Each guest within the group will be charged individually, regardless of whether they participate in gameplay. Group pricing is subject to modification at KOMIC KARMA’s discretion.
Ladies Play for Free: Free play is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to table availability. This offer is not applicable to all-female groups. KOMIC KARMA reserves the right to deny free play for any reason. Free play is limited to a maximum of two (2) hours per day.
Unlimited Play Pricing: For unlimited play reservations, guests will forfeit their reservation if they arrive more than thirty (30) minutes late, and no refund will be provided. Unlimited play will be considered terminated if the table is left unattended for more than thirty (30) minutes during the reservation period. KOMIC KARMA reserves the right to end unlimited play at any time based on KOMIC KARMA’s discretion. The unlimited play option is valid only for the day of the reservation and during operating hours. It is available for a maximum of six (6) guests per table, with a minimum of two (2) players required for snooker. Unlimited Play Pricing is not applicable for Event Bookings.
Unlimited Play Booking Limit: A maximum of 4 tables can be booked under the Unlimited Play pricing at any given time during the day. If 4 tables are already in use under this pricing, any additional Unlimited Play bookings will be subject to approval at the discretion of the KOMIC KARMA team.
Payments & Refunds: Payments must be completed before or at the end of the play session. No refunds will be issued for unused time.
Equipment Use & Damage: Guests must use tables, cues, and all other equipment responsibly. KOMIC KARMA reserves the right to charge fees for any damages or misuse of equipment.
Code of Conduct: All guests are required to behave in a respectful manner. Any disruptive behavior or property damage may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
Policy Updates: KOMIC KARMA reserves the right to modify pricing and terms of service without prior notice.
